Privacy Policy
ImmersiVision is designed to let you browse and watch spatial video on Apple Vision Pro without creating an ImmersiVision account. We do not sell your personal information or use your activity for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Information ImmersiVision Uses
The app uses the following information only to provide features you choose to use:
- Hand-tracking and room-geometry data support Free Flow interactions, including orb movement and collision with your surroundings. ImmersiVision processes this information on your device and does not transmit it.
- Spatial video catalog information, thumbnails, streams, and downloads are requested from SpatialGen when you browse or play its catalog.
- Files you choose with the system file picker are opened locally for playback. ImmersiVision does not upload those files.
- When you use SharePlay, the app shares the session state needed to keep selection and playback synchronized with the people in your session through Apple Group Activities.
Analytics and Tracking
ImmersiVision does not include an advertising system, cross-app tracking, or a third-party analytics SDK. Apple may provide diagnostics if you have chosen to share them with app developers through your device settings.
Storage and Retention
Downloaded spatial videos, catalog metadata, and image caches may be stored on your device to support playback and faster loading. You can remove app-held data by deleting the app; the operating system may also clear cached data when storage is needed.
Service Providers
SpatialGen supplies catalog and media delivery, and Apple supplies platform services such as SharePlay, file selection, and optional diagnostics. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ImmersiVision shares only the information needed to request those services.

We may update this policy when ImmersiVision features or data practices change. The updated date above will identify the current version.
